Manufacturing Engineer
Support project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards. Work closely with the manufacturing team using SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
Responsibilities
- Verify customer design data with manufacturing team using SolidWorks/Fusion 360
- Analyze technical drawings and offer configuration changes to enhance manufacturability
- Evaluate product data and design by completing technical studies and cost estimates
- Maintain records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered and received
- Manage vendor relationships and develop new sources of supply
- Perform regular performance reviews with suppliers for continuous improvement
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions
- Provide direction, leadership, and technical support for operations
- Develop procurement strategies to meet cost saving targets and quality guidelines
- Prepare reports, charts, and documentation for engineering records
- Maintain control system documents and certificate of conformance documents
Required Skills
- Willing to work in a manufacturing shop-floor environment
- Knowledge of CAD software — SolidWorks or Fusion 360
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Non-Ferrous (Aluminum) Castings

Drive continual improvement of foundry processes to impact safety, quality, and productivity. Work closely with the foundry manager and metallurgists to improve products and develop new alloys.
Responsibilities
- Work with foundry manager to improve products, lower cost, and develop new alloys
- Support and review certifications for end customers and ensure product compliance
- Responsible for internal ERP system — purchase orders, shipping, and inventory
- Track production and shipping schedules based on production deadlines
- Design and oversee upgrades to foundry facilities and equipment
- Monitor production processes and key metrics to improve throughput and quality
- Manage key projects supporting improved foundry throughput and cost efficiency
- Support daily operations with root cause analysis and corrective action
- Work with customers on heat treat cycles, gating, risers, and product quality
- Manage all paperwork for internal AS9100 and customer audits
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Non-Ferrous (Aluminum) Castings
- Willing to work in a manufacturing shop-floor environment
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Strong communication skills throughout the organization

Primarily responsible for performing New Product Development activities. Utilize mechanical aptitude and GD&T knowledge with CAD systems for all mechanical design and development projects.
Responsibilities
- Support Pattern, Mold, Tool Room, and Manufacturing Engineers with 3D CAD
- Utilize SolidWorks and Fusion 360 for mechanical design and development
- Participate in startup, integration, and debug phases of newly designed projects
- Select methods, processes, and component parts for new developments
- Assist in developing customer-specific product specifications and standards
- Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty processes and recommend fixes
- Generate processes and plans for testing and validation of products and prototypes
- Maintain engineering documentation — drawings, part lists, bill of materials
- Attend project planning meetings to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers and customers
Required Skills
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints
- Willing to work in a Foundry and Manufacturing shop-floor environment
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software — SolidWorks and Fusion 360
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
